Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Salesman to strengthen our sales team in the TSL industry. The person in this position will be responsible for actively acquiring new customers, building long-term business relationships and developing sales of transport and forwarding services. Responsibilities:
- Attracting new clients and maintaining long-term relationships with existing contractors,
- Preparation of commercial offers and negotiation of terms and conditions,
- Execution of established sales plans and active development of client portfolio,
- Monitoring of the transport market and analysis of customer needs,
- Representing the company at business meetings, conferences and trade fairs,
- Work closely with the operations department in the delivery of shipping and transport services.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales of transport, forwarding and logistics (TSL) services,
- Knowledge of the specifics of the TSL market and logistics processes,
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- Ability to work independently and have a proactive approach to customer acquisition,
- Very good knowledge of English (other foreign languages will be an advantage),
- Cat B driving licence and willingness to travel on business.
