Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

Job Description: We are looking for a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team and be responsible for the efficient management of warehouse operations. This person will play a key role in optimising logistics processes and ensuring that all warehouse operations run on schedule. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking and dispatching of goods,
• Planning and optimisation of logistics processes to ensure efficient and effective warehouse operations,
• Managing a team of warehouse staff - assigning tasks, monitoring performance and supporting them in their daily duties,
• Liaise with the transport, purchasing and sales departments to ensure timely delivery of orders,
• Maintaining stock records and ensuring compliance with current standards and regulations,
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and ensuring safety in the workplace,
• Monitoring of stock levels and optimisation of storage space.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position in the area of warehouse logistics - minimum 2 years,
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and warehouse management systems (WMS),
• Ability to manage a team and organisational skills,
• Ability to think analytically and solve problems,
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level will be an advantage,
• Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word),
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
